The first page with sleep and headaches is the same. In this spread, I just changed one of the pages. I create these pages every week because it’s too much information to have on the same page as my normal weekly planning layout. The sleep trackers are the little numbers next to each day of the week.īesides the items that I track on my weekly spreads, I usually have a few other tracking pages that I use on a regular basis. I wrote down if I took any medicine for my headache underneath a couple of the days. The colors underneath each date represents my headache severity throughout the day. I tracked my water intake by filling in squares next to the date of each day (each square equaled 10 ounces).
